1. HOW TO ORDER

1.1. CLOTHING

After you click on the selected product, choose the size wanted. After you have finished selecting and adding products, click on the CONFIRM link located in the bottom right corner or on the SHOPPING CART in the top right corner of the website to finally conform the order. Complete the address details form and send.

By sending your order you agree with our terms and conditions which shall have the effect of signed agreement.

Shipping cost shall be on CUSTOMER’S BILL.

2. SELECTION OF SIZE

2.1. SELECTION OF STANDARD SIZE

ALL OUR CLOTHES ARE PRODUCED AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.

The making of clothes in all standard sizes is based on HEIGHT 165/168 cm.

Please, pay attention to the button "SIZE GUIDE". In case YOUR SPECIFICATIONS differ from the ones shown in OUR TABLE OF STANDARD SIZES, use the button "SELECT INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENTS" to enter YOUR INDIVIDUAL SPECIFICATIONS.

It is VERY IMPORTANT for us that you choose the RIGHT SIZE, that is why in case you are not sure or need an advice, we’ll be happy to assist you by calling us at +359 888 63 63 83.

2.2. SELECTION OF INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENTS

In case standard sized does not cover your measurements, use "SELECT INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENTS" button and enter values in corresponding fields.

When you use individual measurements for your order, our system will increase the price by 10% , due to non-standard size and custom production.

3. TYPES OF PAYMENT

An information will show up with details for making a bank transfer.

4. SHIPPING

Please, use the ENGLISH VERSION OF OUR WEBSITE.

THE SHIPPING COST amounts to EUR 30 and shall be at the CUSTOMER’S CHARGE.

You will be notified by SMS on the date of sending your shipment.

THE STANDARD SHIPPING TERM is about 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS from the DATE OF RECEIVING THE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER.

6. PRODUCT CORRECTIONS

6.1. PRODUCT CORRECTONS ordered for shipping within the EU

Unfortunately, we DO NOT SUPPORT PRODUCT CORRECTIONS for products, shipped within the EU.

7. RETURNS

In case the product you receive FAILS TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, YOU CAN CANCEL IT within 48 hours by returning it to the following address:

IMPORTANT!!! The product must be RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION in which IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, including all accompanying accessories.


7.1. RETURNS of products, ordered by payment method BANK TRANSFER

You will receive the full refund for your return by BANK TRANSFER to the account used to make the payment not later than 3 days as of the date we receive the returned product.


SHIPPING COST for returning a product are on CUSTOMER’S BILL.

8. WARRANTY

Claims with regard to sheer defects should be raised within 24 HOURS as of product purchase.
