By sending an order, you agree to these terms and conditions with the force of a contract. Our terms of order, payments and delivery time are in accordance with the terms specified in the Consumer Protection Act.

COURIER COSTS are for the CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT.

Unfortunately, WE DO NOT SUPPORT CORRECTIONS of our products with delivery outside of Bulgaria.

3. SIZE SELECTION

ALL CLOTHES ON THE SITE ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND ARE MADE AFTER PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER.

All standard sizes are made for HEIGHT: 165/168 cm. In case your height is different from the indicated, please indicate this using the button: “SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS”.

Pay special attention to the button: SIZE CHART (anatomical ones). When choosing a STANDARD SIZE from 40-48 inclusive - THE CLOTHES can be returned and EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR ANOTHER CLOTHES MODEL.

THE COURIER SERVICE FOR EXCHANGES IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

In case the CLOTHING is returned for CORRECTION, THE SERVICE IS PAID and can be performed WITHIN 15 DAYS from the moment of receipt of the shipment.

THE COURIER SERVICE FOR CORRECTION IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

When choosing sizes: 50, 52, 54, 56, THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER SIZE at GALINEL.

Products with sizes 52-56, due to the greater consumption of material, have a higher price compared to other sizes, and the amount by which the price increases depends on the type of product!

4. TYPES OF PAYMENTS

4.1. PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY BY POSTAL MONEY TRANSFER

When selecting "PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY BY POSTAL MONEY TRANSFER", the customer should pay the value of the selected product to the courier at the time of delivery. This method is only available for delivery to certain countries.

4.2. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

"GALINEL" delivers all shipments with a courier company - LICENSED POSTAL OPERATOR. For the BEST PRICE OF THE COURIER SERVICE, we recommend DELIVERY TO A COURIER'S OFFICE (UP TO REQUEST).

COURIER COSTS are at the CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

On the day of receiving the shipment, you will be notified by SMS from the courier.
In case you wish to receive the order with the "SHIPMENT INSPECTION" option, please inform the courier who delivers the shipment. He will contact us and we will approve the desired INSPECTION or TEST. In case of REFUSAL on your part to receive the ordered products - THE COURIER SERVICE in both directions WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSE.

5.2. DELIVERY abroad

Please use the ENGLISH VERSION of our website.

THE COURIER SERVICE COST for all supported COUNTRIES is 20 Euro.

Before sending the shipment, the customer must pay BY BANK TRANSFER THE PRICE OF THE SELECTED PRODUCT, along with the courier delivery.

6. DELIVERY TIME

6.1. DELIVERY TIME in Bulgaria

7. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

When choosing STANDARD SIZE - 40-48 - the product CAN BE RETURNED and EXCHANGED for ANOTHER SIZE or a NEW PRODUCT CAN BE CHOSEN.

8. RETURNING A PRODUCT

In case the products you have selected in size 40-48 DO NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, you do not want adjustments or an exchange for another product, you can return them, and IN EXCHANGE YOU WILL RECEIVE A VOUCHER FOR THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHICH YOU CAN USE WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RETURN.
